This register of debtors therefore contains specific information about the debtors individual debts, including contacts to executors, the amount owed, the date of execution and other information.Insolvency register - is a public list in which the legally established data on entities undergoing insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic are recorded.
In other words, the entities listed in the insolvency debtor register (insolvency register) are not or were not able to fulfill their obligations and ran into financial problems that they were unable to solve.Database of unreliable VAT payers - a public list maintained by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, in which entities that have not paid tax or violated any of the obligations of the payer of value added tax are entered.
A preview of that register is only performed when a person is lustrated using a social security number or when a company is lustrated according to an IČO number.
